Deferring Exam, Internship?
Hi, this is urgent. If I defer an exam to august and I'm on a student visa, can I still do my internship? My internship ends a few days before the deferral exam period starts. Thanks

On a slightly more serious note, yes. As long as you can sit the exam without causing issues with your workplace, you are good.

No need to tell HR. It would be ideal to be upfront with your team about your future obligations asap though.
Clear communication and expectation setting would be important for a return anyway :)
