How do you think this will affect recruiting for them? Do you think Deloitte will handle it?
I suspect deal flow dried up and they needed a partner to help them stay afloat - not repeat a Gleacher situation. Competition is stiff in the middle market
Doubt anyone would buy them if they were struggling. Their deal flow seems decent for the industry I work in.
