Do MDs and Partners work?
in the boutique shop i'm in this MD tells me to do give him a ppt / model / report on XYZ and after i hand it to him I get no feedback or pointers on how to improve upon it. I sometimes feel like i all he does is talk and network. If i have any question he sort of plays it back asking "well what do you think" and you know since i want to impress, i say xyz xyz and he wil say "yes do that"
Guess my question did i peak in terms of deliverable? Should i now focus on networking skills as opposed to improving speed of excel/ppt?
