do some of the seniors feel we have it so easy?

As I walked into the office on a Friday afternoon and greeted the lone colleague in the office (my MD), I couldn't help but wonder whether older MDs feel the juniors have it easy now? Obviously, we still have to work a ton but there's 100% been a culture shift and curious if seniors feel banking is getting "soft"
