Does anyone do any side hustles?

I'm just wondering a couple of things - feel free to add any thoughts you may have

I noticed that a lot of people on WSO often complain about hours, exit ops, WLB, work in general... but I hardly ever see anyone complaining about their income or any financial struggles. Does finance really pay that well? well enough to be able to have a comfortable life? able to afford a couple of nice vacations during the year etc.

does anyone ever feel like they have to supplement their income using side hustles because their day to day job doesn't bring enough income or do people do it in a way to replace their main job one day and be a full time entrepreneur?

What do you define as a comfortable life? be specific please. If anyone does actually do side hustles please mention them, also, what is the goal of your side hustle (side income, retirement etc.)
