For me, 6 times out of 10 the order never arrives / something is missing / packaging is broken / they give me someone else's order. I send in a complaint to the Deliveroo customer service and they give me account credit.
Is anyone else experiencing this? How is Deliveroo surviving with all these riders essentially taking your food and running off?
