Does anyone know where I can learn about trading rolling LEAP options?

Anyone know where I can learn more about trading rolling LEAP options?

I was reading about them in an interview with Joel Greenblatt in the unfortunately titled "Hedge Fund Market Wizards" and wanted to know, but information is pretty scant on internet...

My understanding is that they are just long-term rolling options... if you can buy them very cheaply, you can take enormous bets for almost nothing
