Does BB FT start in June or July?
My contract says June 2013 but as a SA I dont recall seeing any new FT analysts appear until July. Im trying to see if its possible to just be on vacation throughout June before I start my stint.

Probably a good question to just ask HR directly. I agree, would be nice to know this well in advance haha...

The answer is that it depends on the bank, but typically the full time analysts start their training in mid July and wrap up in mid to late August, hitting the desk at the tail end of August / Labor Day. This varies year to year and bank to bank.
As a Summer Analyst you are subordinate to everyone essentially, but new Analysts are typically in training for the entire second half of the Summer Analyst process... they may slightly overlap but it if so the overlap is minimal.
