Does being physically fit increase your chances of landing a job?

Curious what yall think. Graduating soon and getting back in the gym after gaining some weight. Been kind of motivating myself with the assumption that people prefer working with people that are fit/healthy.

Yes it does.

Although it’s not intentional, it’s embedded in human psychology to prefer those who are more physically fit.

Also for investment banking, being physically fit can help cope with the long hours / can help you blow off some steam during the day!
