I was recently offered a position as a 'Brand Ambassador' for DriveWealth, an app and mobile platform for trading stocks and ETF's. I was wondering if anyone had heard of the company and had any insights they could offer. I don't particularly need the experience on my resume, and I'm not sure such a job would really be considered valuable to many recruiters. The pay is all commission based and I wouldn't get a cent until the end of the academic year.

I wouldn't do it. you can make much more money in an all commission job in PWM, real estate, or some other reputable sales gig
This would mostly be a way to just make a few extra bucks on the side. Between keeping my grades up, being a two sport athlete and trying to have some semblance of a social life, the jobs you suggested would probably be a bit much for me.
