Eggs are phenomenal. Poached, scrambled, soft boiled (for when you want to be decadent), fried, and yes even hardboiled. Nothing cuts hunger like egg protein.

my grandmother once played a prank on me and my buddies when I was 19yo and living with her in the summer (they flew down to New Orleans for a weekend) by serving us all Emu eggs without us knowing. I think ~3 eggs fed 4 of us.
I learned something new today. I had always thought egg yokes were bad for cholesterol and therefore preferred to have the whites. I did not realize the opinions about the yoke are mixed and overall, eggs are good food for heath reasons.
