What does everyone do for relatively healthy meals if you don’t want to eat out all the time at the office or don’t have time to cook at home?
Kroger used to have healthy vacuum sealed prepared meals that heated up in ~2 min in the microwave a few years ago but I think they’re gone now. Sucks.
What’s your game plan? Meal delivery (looked at a bunch of services, trying factor 75 now)? Meal prep at home for the week (would really love to avoid but can do if necessary)? Something else out there??
