Embarrassing Moments

I was in the bathroom doing my thing in the stall when my boss comes in the bathroom. The only other stall next to me is always locked cause there's always one so he tries opening mine but obv locked. I don't say anything cause if its locked it occupied right? So he should just walk away. In that brief second tho, right after he tries opening the door, he peeks through the openings to see if anyone is actually occupying the stall cause I was so quiet and we both lock eyes for like a second. It only lasts like a second but it felt like a year. I then pretty loudly say "Occupied!!!" and he just apologizes profusely and leaves the bathroom. nbd but made me want to ask everyone here what's the most embarrassing story you guys have had involving the bathroom at your work.
