Exit options - Feeling lost

An2 at a regional BB here (GS/MS/JPM). I recently came to the conclusion that it was about time I start considering my exit options to find better WLB but I'm feeling lost about how to approach this. I'm trying to narrow down my choices.

1) I have limited interest in the PE route most seem to take but all options are still open for now. I've also been thinking about switching country (Europe to America) in the short to mid-term, which leaving aside paperwork issues I understand is not a thing in PE - can you confirm? Are there mobility options at most PE firms / how easy is it to sell a European PE experience to a US PE firm?

2) For corporate roles, how do you come across opportunities other than through job boards? I've only ever been offered buyside roles by HHs. What types of roles typically recruit from IB at a junior level apart from corpo dev / strategy?

3) Any insights on impact investing funds - comps, culture/lifestyle, recruiting process, mobility? Esp. relative to traditional buyside.

Obviously very preliminary in my due dil process and aware it's all over the place - appreciate any insights.
