Exposing Workplace Abuse

There is a small firm in NY with a history of abuse and dishonesty. Many former employees have posted on WSO and other forums exposing them, but these posts are quickly removed by the partners (one of them frequents this site). The partners dehumanize their employees and deceive new hires about their job functions. The firm threatens employees that resign with litigation to keep them quiet.

I resigned several years ago but I still hear horror stories through the grapevine. How does one expose the firm without putting themselves at risk?

This post will be taken down if I do. Several Glassdoor reviews were posted last month and now they’ve all been deleted. 2 WSO posts about the company were deleted in January this year.
