FACEBOOK IPO

WSO,

So Facebook IPO hype has been flogged like a dead horse here. But..

The IPO is scheduled to be Mar '12 or Dec '12 - reported by this and them

I went to SecondMarket.com to check the info on the secondary shares and this is what I got...ahem!:

"Accredited Investor...[The term "Accredited Investor" is defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933]...[You are a natural person (individual) whose own net worth, taken together with the net worth of your spouse, exceeds $1,000,000. Net worth for this purpose means total assets]..."

more here

So any loophole? Is there any ways I can get some action? I would like to put around 10-20k

Suggestions? If you have some wise ass comment please shove it in your vagina

Though this is obviously a flawed method, the best way I can think of is to trade a closed-end VC fund with Facebook exposure.

Im guessing it would be extremely tough to get some action on the facebook IPO, and im also willing to bet Facebook will pull another LinkedIn and quadruple in price before the end of the day

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
