Family Office Compensation?
I'm receiving an offer from a Family Office based out of Houston, Tx and need help negotiating base pay and incentives.
I'll be sourcing and in charge of all RE acquisitions. The FO doesn't invest in funds of funds and will manage all of their investments.
What are other associates making in FO? Incentive structures?
