Favorite and Least Favorite Exercises

What are your favorite exercises to do in the gym? What are your least favorite?

I think my favorites are pull ups or tricep push downs. Least favourite is definitely squats. Does everyone love the good old bench press or is the lifting game changing these days?

Walking on grass is great exercise but try barefoot.

favorites: kegels 12oz curls freemuffdiving hitting a sand wedge shirtless falling down stairs

least: standing in line being hungover in traffic using a pen with sweaty hands office toilet paper wipes, usually 3 sets of 10 has me bleeding like my cherry popped (might as well be sandpaper)

edit: thought of a couple more

cardio: dangling keys in front of a cat flexibility: stretching my neck/trying to be slick while looking at everyone's crotches (yes, men too. gotta know the competition) endurance: holding in shits while deadlifting/squatting. I think after these past 2 years, my sphincter could flip a tire.

I keep a pack of Costco wet wipes at my desk. Game changer. Like when I brought in a french press.

3 sets of 10 with office toilet paper would wear through a tortoise shell. A mere mortal could die.

A friend of mine falls down (stairs, the ground, wherever) so often she looks like Karlie Kloss. It's science.

Your mind is weak, and your character thin.

Favorites: Squats Deadlifts (one or two legged) Bicep curls Burpees Push-ups Least: Front and lateral raises (so hard for me and I drop down to an embarrassingly low weight on the front raises) Mountain climbers

Like the unadjusted- only with a little bit extra.

Thanks. That's true. I'm always waffling between pushing as hard as I can and keeping my form perfect. I'm female so gains come even slower for me than males.

Like the unadjusted- only with a little bit extra.

Faves: Deadlifts and any form of row

Can't stand close grip bench.

Favorite exercises: Back--Pullups Biceps--Chinups Chest--Pushups Triceps--Tricep Dips Legs--(Not necessarily gym) uphill sprints.

Worst exercises: Legs--Squats

In my experience, body weight exercises are forgiving in terms of stress on your joints. I used them a lot when tennis tournaments were in full swing. Weight training is also very effective and IMO, when properly used, will accelerate strength. Anyways, can't really fault any exercises except for squats. If you want to work on your legs, play tennis, basketballs etc.
