Mine's is probably Chipotle. It's pretty healthy (depending on how you want to get it) and tasty as well. What's your favorite restaurant that has a decent combo of health and taste?

^^that's pure facts. The sauces and the quality of the ingredients that they serve are unparalleled. Dig Inn is also pretty solid.
Big facts
I love Dig Inn. Chipotle is fire but that was my go-to in college so got a lil tired of it
Dig Inn and Dos Toros was the moves for me. Also Essen was a lunch staple.
Olive Garden
The Little Beet is great, especially the Brussels Hustle
El Vez. It's in financial district. They have the best mexican food ever
Mangia is always the go to especially for a healthy choice & big portions

Um, there's a function for that. "DINE" works wonders I don't trust it in Philly though. You'll never get in to Zahav, but Diezengoff is worth the trip. Monk's is nice as well. The reviews are better in NYC. It's missing a bunch of hidden gems though.
