There's nothing I hate more than commercials, much less overly hyped commercials taking forever during a sporting event I'm trying to enjoy. I really don't get this overly zealous celebration of SB commercials over the past several years...

agree 100%, just terrible, my fb wall was full of people complaining as well lol

I agree...and to keep that in perspective...it was 'awful' even following the hack job Christina Aguilera did on the national anthem.

This.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

trailmix8Kim Kardashian, just cause its Kim Kardashian

Yes...that was a great commercial...although she's been smoking hot long before Shape-ups were around.

chrysler 120-second feat. Eminem, little darth vader feat. VW, teleflora, beaver+bridgestone

weak year, B+ game, terrible halftime show briefly rescued by usher and then sucking, christina looked and sounded awful

I thought the Groupon deforestation commercial with Liz Hurley was pretty hilarious. Teleflora was well done also.

From what I heard, half time sucked. I used that opportunity to go and grab some pizza instead.

As far as the commercials go, Volkswagon w/ Little Darth Vader was amazing. The E-Trade baby with the Tailor was also good. The one I really liked was the Budweiser commercial where they played Tiny Dancer. I thought it was awesome despite not having enough Clydesdale presence. Well thought out and the use of an excellent song by Elton John doesn't hurt either.

It was a great ad to watch and then... terror struck. Terror of the worst kind! I sensed a fear wash over me that I had not felt since the days leading up to July 24th, 2009. It was a nausea inducing, panic that destroys the wills of even the strongest of men. A film preview appeared on the TV... of the Michael Bay variety! I screamed in terror and cowered in fear as I saw they were making a third Transformers film and they ripped the name of the movie from a Pink Floyd album.

Man... I fucking hate Michael Bay films.
