Feeling like girls onlu use me for my body

So for context, I'm pretty well off in the physical looks department (6'1, similar hairstyle to Patrick Bateman, jawline that can cut stone, brows that are symmetrical, neat and full, broad shoulders that are exactly the biologically optimal ratio to the waist of 1.614:1, visible abdominal muscles (6 of them), great pectoral muscles that makes me look like I stuffed two mini TVs in my shirt and amazing calf genetics). I also dedicate the time of day to maintaining my flawless looks (charcoal face masks, teeth whiteners, exfoliating serums, organic shampoo and body wash, the whole nine yards). 
 

I feel like I can't maintain a strong, healthy relationship with the maidens, for some reason. I have zero problems consistently getting laid or even being friends with benefits or "sneaky links" (as pointed out by my nephew). I also have stunning success bagging absolute dimes at every function imaginable, from nightclubs to country clubs to bars to funerals to the workplace to networking events to the boardroom. But I feel like all these amazing women are only using me for my 10/10 body (and face) and not for my emotional and intellectual values (personality), or even my money, as I only associate with upper-class women (they're more attractive, hygenic, intellectual and romantic).

How do I stop feeling like a piece of meat for women to use whenever the like, with little regard for my feelings?
