No. I used to get my eyebrows threaded. Had some comments here and there (from the same people) about why my eyebrows are so sharp.
Let me tell you bro - girls fucking LOVE guys who take good care of their looks. Moisturize the fuck out of yourself. Get actual facial products for your face.
Never had a manicure but I got a really nice pair of Japanese nail clippers for Christmas a few years back. I also had a file I’d follow up cutting my nails with but I lost it and now use the one included in the clippers.

if you don't have anything else interesting going on in your life to get women interested in you, then tread your eyebrows. moisturize, exfoliate, and if you have a unibrow, remove the middle. anything above that (like giving shape to your eyebrows) has 0 impact in attracting women, you only do it because you want to (= gay). I'd say that even the basics aren't needed. I know plenty of guys who never touched a moisturizer in their life and they get laid more than the entire GS office
