No. I used to get my eyebrows threaded. Had some comments here and there (from the same people) about why my eyebrows are so sharp.
Let me tell you bro - girls fucking LOVE guys who take good care of their looks. Moisturize the fuck out of yourself. Get actual facial products for your face.
Never had a manicure but I got a really nice pair of Japanese nail clippers for Christmas a few years back. I also had a file I’d follow up cutting my nails with but I lost it and now use the one included in the clippers.

moisturize, exfoliate, and if you have a unibrow, remove the middle. anything above that (like giving shape to your eyebrows) has 0 impact in attracting women, you only do it because you want to (= gay). I'd say that even the basics aren't needed. I know plenty of guys who never touched a moisturizer in their life and they get laid more than the entire GS office
