Finance inhouse at tech company?
Hi everyone,
I want to get some advice on where to take my career path at this point. I was not able to break into IB from undergrad so I ended up taking a sales job at a tech startup. I recently got promoted to the finance/accounting department at the same company. I like both sales and finance so in the long run I think I want a job where I get to use both of these skills. So at this point from a career trajectory, I'm looking at VC, corp development, or FP&A. Which would be the best path to go down from here? Any other paths suggested would be appreciated.
