Finasteride is Paradise

I started losing my hair at like fucking 22 somehow and the stress of this job is exponentially making it worse. Hair is law, I will not lose my hair under any circumstances.

I tried the stupid “Nutrofol supplements” and it did zero. Monoxdil regrows but doesn’t stop loss so it masks the problem, and I learned that it only really works when paired with a DHT blocker (finasteride).

Finasteride at high doses and rare cases can have side effects such as ED, depression, etc (oh wow, is this a pill called finance jobs lol?) but in low doses will reduce dht enough to slow hair loss while minimizing side effects. Dutasteride reduces DHT by like 90% that is way too fucking much you’ll literally be a zombie of yourself and your peepee won’t work without cialis.

Finasteride at 1mg is the most effective but you’ll probably get sides. I suggest 0.5mg daily, or even 0.25mg daily (cut your pills with scissors), to reduce dht by 50-65% and minimize sides. You’ll probably feel sides in the first 6 months ngl like reduced orgasms, numb emotions, etc (just look up side effects) but hair is CRITICAL. Good hair helps you win girls, win friends, win business, win life. If ur bald it’s literally game over. Even with a recessed hairline like Henry Cavil you can look like a stud if you have hair in the back. But bald = GAME OVER.

A good hack to make your hair have more volume which isn’t discussed enough is hot showers, a lot of shampoo, sauna, etc which will puff out your hair more and make it curly to hide thinness.

Hair is law. Hair is everything. Protect it at all costs.

Finasteride is paradise.

I got side effects from as little as 0.25mg finasteride a day

However, I switched to making topical finasteride (15mg finasteride crushed up into a fine powder, drop it in a bottle of minoxidil) and the side effects stopped

you have to stick with nutrafol for 6 months, but it works, it really does. 4 months into nutrafol i started shooting up ghk-cu peptide. my hair is growing back beyond any reasonable doubt. many are deeper into balding than i am, but man knock on wood i think peptides really do work. anything to avoid hitting my hormones directly, i'm already a nutcase as it is.

Y'all are insane taking finasteride with side effects. I took 1mg for like 2 months and I had severe dry eye that persisted for a year after hopping off, and the depression, extreme brainfog (literal inability to think), anxiety, and panic attacks I got hit with from it didn't go away for months after. I literally thought I destroyed my brain and had to entertain the possibility that I was just retarded and could only work at McDonalds (respectfully), and even worse, I got absolutely nothing out of it other than sympathy for people who struggle with depression and anxiety. This is coming from someone who goes to the gym 5 days a week, 600ng/dl+ testosterone, eats good, gets good sleep, and never felt anxiety in my entire life. I wasn't even insecure about losing hair, I just figured I would try to keep it as long as possible since the drugs existed to help. If you are reading, I highly recommend not taking ts. I had very bad side effects compared to most. This could genuinely ruin your entire professional career. I'm better now, but I'm not sure if I'm the same as I was. Not everybody has as bad of side effects as I had, and not everybody has as good as a prognosis as I had. Be careful bros

How are you literally fucked / life is over if you lose hair? If you're a fat chud its a crazy nerf but imo hair is usually not the make or break factor for people, its usually the nail in the coffin for an already dead corpse but maybe you can change my mind

Seriously of you still feel off go to a hormone doctor. There's a youtuber I watch who discussed how people with post finasteride syndrome can get back on track through a few months of dht therapy.

What is the youtuber's name, can you link the video?

Preach brother finestride saved my hair. Started losing stupid amounts of hair at 19 but after hopping on finestride at 20 90% has grown back. I take 1mg daily and it’s a straight up miracle drug. No sides for me at least.

I'll have to remember that next go-around.

Never had great success with biotin, but it made my nails grow quickly which can happen.

You have not been on it long enough to experience the long term side effects. With long term use it can cause near permanent erectile dysfunction - as it is meant to block DHT in only the scalp, however it seems unlikely that it is only blocking DHT in just the scalp.

I do use the spray version and don't experience the side effects (anymore) - however I don't know that the efficacy is the same.  I am personally hoping that transplant prices come down, as they can take hairs from your beard with follicles that thrive on DHT and place them on your head, thereby you don't need finasteride for maintenance. People I know who have had it done in other countries (not Turkey) say this costs around ~$15k depending on the number of grafts.

Hot showers are not good for your hair from what I have read, and neither is excessive shampoo as it usually contains too many harsh ingredients. I use DrForHair, and Nizoral as ketoconazole has been proven to regrow hair too.

For situations where you need/want fuller hair you can always use texture flakes or Nioxin - however flakes prevent growth, so it is not a daily solution.

Not sure what that guy above was talking about. It's not meant to block only DHT in the scalp, it never was. It's very clearly stated that is lowers total serum DHT which in turn means it will have an effect on DHT in the scalp indirectly.

And you absolutely have to stay on Fin after a hair transplant or else the hairs will fall out eventually, irrespective of where you got them from (head or beard).
