Flexible office space future
I recently came across a couple of articles discussing the future demand for flexible office space. The main talking points were that firms would pay a premium to sign shorter leases with flexible space companies (Regus, wework, Hana). Also, it said the supposed success of WFH conditions for certain companies might encourage firms to choose flexible space over long term leases in the future because of the uncertainty of space needs. Just wanted to see what people thought about these demand projections.
