Flight Ticket for Incoming Full-time Analyst?

Will be joining one of the top BB this summer as a full-time analyst and was just wondering if the flight is usually paid for? My flight there and back for the interview and for the internship was paid for but not sure if they do that with the full-time analysts as well? People I have spoken to were actually surprised that I got my internship flight paid for...because apparently there wasn't!

Any information will be appreciated! Thank you!!
