Flynn Pleads Guilty - What does it mean?

Curious to get input for those who have insight into the legal aspects of the recent news on General Flynn pleading guilty to lying to the FBI. A brief synopsis of what I understand so far (corrections are welcome since I am not well versed in the proceedings thus far):

-Flynn plead guilty to lying to the FBI regarding his previous statement about contact with the Russians.

-Said contact was at the direction of Jared Kushner, and it was relating to a vote on a UN resolution which the Trump administration wanted to pass regarding Israel.

-If the contact involved hacked DNC files/emails from Democratic officials, could be considered collusion. If not, it would be a possible violation of the Logan Act. For reference, no known convictions are on record for a violation of the Logan Act. The last relevant incident I can recall for this is when Bush wanted to try and get Pelosi on this for her dealings with Assad back in '07.

-If it is the former, and collusion is proved, does this have any relevance for impeachment, or still not a strong enough case? If the latter, do you think both Kushner and Flynn are ousted, or just Flynn?

Thanks
