FSU UF or UT?

Hello! I just started my sophomore year at the University of Tampa. I'm double majoring in Finance and Accounting. I currently hold a 3.8 gpa. I recognize that if I'm going to transfer colleges, for my last two years, it'll mainly have to be this year that I decide. Career goal wise, I've somewhat narrowed my top two to IB and tax accounting. My question is which school should I transfer to, or should I stay at UT? UT is great: small class sizes, AACSB business school, good professors, etc. However my problem, especially from what I've read on here, is that my chances are very slim when it comes to IB. I know FSU and UF aren't top tier like the ivies but they're the best in my state.

I really appreciate the advice! Thank you.

Not from Florida don't know anything about that region but I've heard of FSU before.

On a side note, that region really needs a solid UNI besides Georgia Tech. It's incredible how barren it is in that sense.
