The amount of time I waste on useless trivia is crazy. Complete dopamine binge. I was looking up drug smugglers and found this guy, please scroll down to the third paragraph of his bio.

I think we all have our own digital places where we spend way too much time. Been WFH for more than a year now, and have wasted hours on wikipedia, forums, discord, IRC, etc
the only way to avoid it would be spending less time in front of the screen. maybe go for a walk, speak to a friend on the phone, clean your house/car, ..
