That's fucked up, and surely has to be illegal. This woman should go to jail, whatever doctor administered it should lose his license, and the kid should go to rehab.
Also, no way is that even cosmetically reasonable; 8 year olds don't get wrinkles.

I feel bad for the child. She is just not pretty. She doesn't have the bone structure, and she is gonna grow up a chubby like her mom. And her idiot mother instead of trying to build her self esteem by refocusing the child's attention on sports and academics is grasping at the straws with botox.
