Grad Training Program vs Direct Entry

Hey folks

So I want to work in Switzerland for a while, and I am looking primarily at UBS and CS.

I was wondering about the GTP (Graduate Training Program) that UBS offers. Is this worth it? What's it like? Should I look for a direct entry position instead?

I have no internship, btw, and am graduating this September.

Anyone know what the pay / bonus / position is like? Has anyone done this program or something similar?

Thanks!

Aaand after looking at the internship video on their website I think I'd much prefer GTP over Internship ... but does that still mean GTP over Direct Entry? That's what I need to learn from you :)

Thanks in advance for the help!
