Greatest Movie Insults

Since it's been a rough week (to put it mildly), I think it's time for some good laughter. Enjoy this two part video of the 100 Greatest Movie Insults, which aren't in any particular order.

For my money, I feel as if they missed out on a number of our personal favorites, namely:

"Jesus Christ, if this guy owned a funeral parlor, no one would die! This turkey is totally braindead!"

And...

"You do realize you're wearing a striped shirt with a striped tie, right?"
"Yeah, you know--I do it for the ladies, know what I mean?"
"Oh, well did the ladies ever tell you you look like a fucking optical illusion? Get off my desk."

Feel free to add your own--I thought these two were pretty thorough.

Enjoy the laughs and take a load off, monkeys--no one's gonna be laughing tomorrow morning when the market opens!

The Full Metal Jacket scene destroys all the rest - far and away the best insult of all time. Here's a link to the whole thing:

- Capt K - "Prestige is like a powerful magnet that warps even your beliefs about what you enjoy. If you want to make ambitious people waste their time on errands, bait the hook with prestige." - Paul Graham

monty09I remember watching FMJ with my dad as a kid and loving the boot camp part. That DI really got into those boys. My fave one is i think to snowball....."i didnt know they piled $hit that high"

For me, my personal favorite might be Billy Madison: "Mr. Madison, what you have just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling incoherent response did you address anything even remotely related to the question that was asked. Everyone in this room is now dumber from having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

A simple "wrong" would have done just fine.

Good call. That is easily one of the greatest insults ever.

I also liked the "you would need 3 promotions just to be an asshole". LOL.

"The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant, it's just that they know so much that isn't so." - Ronald Reagan

Surprised they left the scene from Wall Street out at the end where Gordon says to Bud "You can take it...right in the ass you scumbag cock sucker!"

Not a movie obviously but I feel like Ari Gold dominates this category in every way.

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford

[quote=ProvincialPeasant]I don't know, maybe this isn't quite of the same calibre, but it's probably one of my favourites (up to around 1:15):

Hahaha, OWNED. "I read newspapers, I know"

More is good, all is better

I like how deadpan Bill Murray is when he says "Yes, that's right. This man has no dick" starting at 5:43.

"All I've ever wanted was an honest week's pay for an honest day's work."

This is my favorite...

Peace sucks a hairy asshole, Freddie, war is the mother fucking answer, but thanks for writing anyway.

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

Conversation between Ari Gold and his gay assistant Lloyd:

Ari Gold: I want ou to keep an eye on him Lloyd: Keep an eye on him how? Ari: Watch him like he's ZAK EFFRONS BALL SACK!

Haha....classic.
