Greek Life and success later on

Been researching the bios of really successful people (F500 CEOs, hedge fund managers, etc..) and it seems like one of things they all share is being in a fraternity in college. In fact I've yet to find a single person in one of these positions who wasn't in one. Do you guys think this is a result of being in a fraternity or just the types of people fraternities tend to attract?

I joined a fraternity with a lot of people who I considered to have better social skills than myself. Smooth talkers, confident, fun to be around. When I got to my first PE internship I noticed what I had picked up during the year was helpful in getting the guys to like me quickly.

Some of my boys would make excellent sales people. But I did it cuz it’s fun not for finance.
