Growth/UGC is NGMI

Tired of seeing all these growth, UGC, and marketing interns at startups posting everyday about how dropping their matcha taught them about how wonderful their founder is. You gain no real skills doing a growth role and frankly these founders just use these college kids for easy promo then cut them off, with no intentions of having them come back full time. I swear these roles only started getting popular this year due to the AI B2B SAAS startup hype and it's gonna die out as a long term career very soon. Pls stop flexing these growth/UGC roles when all you're doing is thirst trapping, posting tiktoks, and making corny LinkedIn posts
