H1B Visa Changes - Canada to the US

Any thoughts on how the recent H1B changes will affect us Canadians, since we have the TN? Have always wanted to transition to the US eventually - for those that made the jump, what has the path been like, and any advice?

Nobody has made any changes to the TN visa category, from what I have read.

Only the H1b was affected in the recent announcement.

From a source in the State Department:

"All visa categories are under review".

So we can only wait and see.

Especially under review are investment based visa that are able to bypass the gold and platinum card.
