In his January post announcing the Jarvis project, Zuckerberg wrote that he’d set out to build a system allowing him to control everything in the house, including music, lights, and temperature, with his voice.
It is terrific that he took this up as a yearly resolution and built it from scratch. The best part is to have Morgan Freeman do the voiceover. If he could build this up in 100-150 hours, I think we are on the cusp of a new age in AI where intelligent home automation would be available to every customer. What are your thoughts, monkeys?
