Heart-healthy low sodium grubhub / lunch orders
How do you guys manage sodium intake when eating out 2-3x a day. I feel like there’s no time to cook / meal prep, but I don’t want my heart to explode. Realized that because I eat out so much I consume tons of sodium and am pre hypertensive despite no other bad eating / substance habits and being in good shape. Any recs for grubhub / lunch orders that are low sodium and heart healthy?
