Help with basic operating model: Spot check

Hi all,

Would any of you experienced monkeys out there be willing to spot check this operating model? I've built it from scratch, consolidating items etc. to make the model work and of course, the balance sheet doesn't balance! Overall I think it makes sense and I kept my notes in tact if it helps anyone to follow along. It is off by a little bit and driving me mad.

Any idea why the B/S is out of whack? Hopefully it is something simple. Any help will result in a lifetime of good karma. New to the forum so don't have anything tangible (bananas) to give.
