My EB hired exclusively black interns and analysts over the summer (requirement for our team is min 1 yr prior ft experience) needless to say come december, no interns were converted and all black analysts fired - essentially an exercise of empty virtue signalling and these hires taking the space of capable juniors. This was raised to the company CEO who dismissed it as racism despite juniors in our team legitimately complaining of extreme staffing as a result of no junior support...
