Hot or Not for Deals!

The first half of 2014 has seen some pretty exciting news when it comes to deals. Like Facebook buying Oculus...really Facebook? Weigh in on what deals were good and which ones were bad.

Here's the poll. http://www.firmex.com/blog/the-dealmaker-poll/

I'm gonna hire some Indians to make a platform called Merger. A company account costs $15K a year. In exchange, companies get access to a platform which allows them to see concise profiles of other companies filtered by industry, market cap, and radius. If the subscriber would merge with another company, they right swipe. If not, they left swipe (we will also sell special company tablets for $950 a pop that are to be used exclusively for our platform). When two companies right swipe one another, our third-party lawyer will contact both companies' counsels, compliance, and whichever executive they elect to be the go-to contact (will have to be registered upon subscription) to initiate talks.

Merger: Tinder for Deals! I like it.

you know those people who hear a joke and are excited they got it and blurt out the heart of it, killing it dead in its tracks, when everyone else understood without clarification?
