How Big Of A Paycut Would You Take If.. You Had A Paid Off 4br/2k Sf Home?
Curious to see how you guys think about career, housing, etc. if you had a fully paid off nice 4 bedroom / 2 bath, 2k+ square foot home in your preferred city, would you say FUCK THIS and quit your 80 hour a week job and be surf instructor (or whatever you want) and use your savings to invest in market and/or real estate?
SF? Sorry no.
Now, now. The prompt never said that you couldn't take that house and sell it for the ridiculous prices right now and then take that money and do something more relaxed like buy a beach front condo in Rock Port with a nice Boston Whaler fishing boat and then do fishing day guides while investing the rest of the money in whatever suits your fancy.
Square foot lol, fuck San Francisco
Ohhh haha square foot oh yeah got it.
Yeah it actually does seem a bit small.
