But seriously, I do a lot of bill paying, checking up on my stocks/stock research, travel planning/booking, etc during my down time during the day, though we don't have any facetime. There's a lot of productive things you can do during down time at work.
An afternoon wank keeps the crank away
not holding stocks but might be something to get into (been trading crypto tho).

I usually have stuff to do in the morning and late afternoon, leaving me a 3/4h break in between.
