There have probably been 0 dust storms in San Diego or Los Angeles in the last 40 years
I found a lot in both places with Google.
It's not Phoenix or Las Vegas...
It would be helpful if the responses were limited to people who live or have lived in those areas.

Lived in San Diego for 20+ years. Never experienced a single dust storm.
+1. 18 years in Los Angeles, I can count the dust storms on exactly zero hands.
Maybe way out in the desert there have been some. You know, places that actually have sand an dust.
