1030 AM flight cutting it too close or should that be fine? figure 1 hour off the flight for customs and baggage at that time, 1 hour to airport, 1 hour for checkin and boarding ... theres a 1 PM flight as well
I think you will be fine, esp because you are arriving pretty early. Early customs stop will be key.
