How much do BB corp fin associates make as bonuses?

Hi All,

I recently was given an offer by a BB to join their corporate finance rotational program after I finish my MBA. I'll come in as an associate.

Question for anyone who's ever been in corp fin or who is well aware of compensation. How much can I expect to make in annual bonus as an Associate, VP, and ED? How about MD? And, on what criteria will you be evaluated, since this is not a revenue generating role?

Other stats: - Base salary is same as starting Associates in the IB ($100k) - Signing + relocation bonuses are 2/3 of what the BB offers its IB associates - I'm told that the stub bonus after the first four months will be b/w $10-$20k

Can anyone help?

Remember, once you're inside you're on your own. Oh, you mean I can't count on you? No. Good!
