How much time do you devote to yourself?

Hi guys.

Recently, I've told myself that I want to grow as a person and try to become a better individual in general.

I have set some short-term goals and I intend to work slowly, every day, to achieve them. (Learning how to play the guitar, writing, learning a new language, do volunteer work, spending quality time with my family, etc).

I know many of you may not have the time in a day because you work long hours (I'm a junior in college.) but do you all have some sort of your own personal routine you set up for yourself?

I'd be interested in hearing and learning.

Thanks.

Meh. Nothing so formal and I couldn't tell you how many "hours I devote to myself" - but I make sure to work out 4-5 days a week, watch a movie or some sports on the weekends, read a book/article/internet or play Playstation to decompress, etc. No need to make it a big thing - just do what you enjoy.
