Just got a new pair of nice brown dress shoes, but must have caught my foot on something at some point over the past week or so, as I just pulled them out of the closet since the last time I wore them and there is a small scratch (not scuff) across the side. Any suggestions about how to fix this (if possible)? Recently moved, so I can't find my leather protector/polish, but would that work?
I suppose I could return the shoes, but I'd rather not make the hassle, for both me and the store.
A visit to your local coblber. If it's not deep they can proably buff it out.
