In a perfect world:
Well, easy, no? Buy a helicopter, be rich enough to throw parties for 100s of people in a luxury building and then show up with the hottest models you can find.
All jokes aside, if you're talking physique wise etc, its pretty easy. Make a few changes to your lifestyle and it shouldn't be so hard. I can gladly help you setting up a nutrition/training plan, if you want. PM me in that case, though.
