Would leave aside all 10k of it. Assuming you’re spending 2.5k a month on rent, 7.5k = first month + security deposit + brokers fee (in case you go with a broker). Then setting up your room will probably spend 1-1.5k (WFH set up is expensive driver). New clothes, etc. whatever’s left / if you end up not doing a broker, save that
