Is anyone else following the massive shitstorm within the smash bros community? I don't follow the scene/haven't played smash bros in over a decade, but caught wind of a huge list of accusations (at least 60 + pros) have been accused, and many have admitted to these accusations, to harassing/encouraging sexual acts with minors.
I read there was this one big-time streamer who owned a large house in LA, and would welcome streamers and gamers to stay for really low rent amounts. The tenants would share rooms and garages (8 people per room), and all kinds of crazy stuff would happen such as minors getting sexually assaulted and more.
It was mind blowing to read about the numerous accusations of sexual misconduct with minors (many have admitted to doing these things) within a community of gamers that played a game that was a big part of my childhood.
